Winter Patch


As this year comes to a close, we've been extremely busy. I personally was busy working on life stuff, which is why it took me so long to get this update out. Here are some key features of this update, listed in no particular order.


- Asteroid "Types".  Different asteroids will have different ore compositions. Right now, most of the new asteroids are just placeholders, but the gameplay changes are there.

 - Improved enemy AI

 - Better tutorial with voice lines

- Adjusted lighting

- Adjusted menus

- SOUND SLIDERS! (Finally!)

- Balancing changes (Different quota system, less evil Jerry)

- MAC SUPPORT! (Probably. I haven't actually tested it yet. If it doesn't work, please contact me ASAP.)

- Some music has been replaced

- Numerous bug fixes

- Adjusted space station hitbox (This is not finished. Don't play with it too much, you're going to clip through something. But you should have a lot fewer crashes into empty space)

- And some other things that I may have forgotten by now.

The best part about this update is that it serves as a good foundation for the next planned one. The bug fixes and subtitle system that came with improving the tutorial means that implementing the story should be easier and a lot quicker. But in the meantime, enjoy all of the changes!
